If you are highly organized, process driven, have a strong attention to detail, can work independently, are dependable, deadline driven, and have good customer service and administrative skills including strong Excel abilities and then don't miss this opportunity to join a winning team! *Responsibilities: * * Process and track Service Plan and Maintenance Agreements and other renewals that are processed by the team. * Process and track monthly plan payments. * Register new equipment purchases on Manufacturers websites. * Create and track service Warranty agreements. * Review and edit Service Agreements monthly and mail applicable renewals. * Performs other administrative and related duties as assigned or as necessary. * Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs. * Customer Service including answering and making calls. * A/R Collections. * Represents Sila in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect all of which are core to Sila's mission. *Qualifications* * 2+ year of experience of successful customer service experience. * 2+ years of successful experience in an Administrative role. * A/R Collection experience a+. * Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Must be able to work in a fast-paced but fun environment. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel are required. * Must be dependable, organized, detail orientated and deadline driven. *Yearly Salary Range: $40 k to 50 k per year* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Holidays * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * Beltsville, MD 20705: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: * Office administration: 3 years (Required) * HVAC Industry: 1 year (Required) Work Location: One location
