Job Details

Adventist Healthcare seeks to hire an experienced Senior Project Manager for our facility who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Senior Project Manager you will:

• Plan, track, and evaluate all construction projects including scope, schedule, and budget within select Adventist Healthcare facilities.
• Will be assigned to the working location Shady Grove Medical Campus.
• Assist in developing policies and procedures associated with construction project management to build a standard framework for construction.
• Plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish.
• You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• An excellent Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results.
• The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.
• The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.
• Track all upcoming and ongoing construction projects including scope, schedule, and budget
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with initiative work plans and established targets 
• Evaluate construction projects for Adventist Healthcare Facilities Department.
• Coordinate with other Adventist Healthcare departments on all aspects of project delivery
• Ensure data collection to construction projects, project management, move management, space planning, furniture management, signage, and any design standards
• Supply required information to operational leadership to determine resources and method of delivery
• Develop forms and records to document project activities
• Develop tools and resources to ensure compliance with minimal project management standards
• Outline and communicate project management standards to third part vendors and project managers. 
• Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured
• Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the status of current and upcoming projects
• Establish a method of collaboration between Adventist Facilities Management and other departments to optimize construction management
• Document individual capital approval processes as well as project management flow charts
• Develop processes for maintaining design standards, space plans, blue prints, project specifications, and other documents related to construction as required

Qualifications include:

• Associates degree in Construction Related Field
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management Preferred
• Two years' experience in Facilities Management or Healthcare industry required.
• Three years' experience with project management life cycles, project processes, construction, scope development, scheduling, budgets, multidisciplinary coordination, and resource management preferred.
• Experience managing construction projects in the healthcare industry, preferred
• Certified Healthcare Constructor or Healthcare Construction Certificate preferred
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP), preferred
