As an Administrative Supervisor, you will:
•Provide supervisory support to nursing management and nursing team and doctors.
• Organizes office services such as scheduling.
• Communication, purchasing, records control, and other administrative activities for the Department of Facility Services.
• This team member ensures adequate coverage and processes in order to promote best practice.
• This role requires individuals who are positive, independent, and highly organized to contribute to the critical success factors of the organization.
• Oversees the operations of the facilities office area.
• Orders and maintains adequate levels of supplies, ensures adequate staff coverage, and optimizes workflow.
• Provides training on department policies and procedures to staff. Coordinates clerical/ administrative projects by delegating work to support staff to ensure timely completion.
• Collects, tracks, and maintains departmental information such as productivity, financial, quality (process improvement), customer service, and supplies.
• Schedules and communicates promptly with patients, physicians, and other departments in order to enhance departmental productivity and satisfaction.

Qualified candidates will possess:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as Kronos
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks
• Excellent telephone/speaking/communication skills; tact and positive demeanor
• 3-5 years secretarial/medical experience in hospital setting
