DCS is looking for an Integrated Logistics Systems Manager to provide program management support to the Government Program Officers.

Essential Job Functions:

Developing and drafting of various logistics plans such as: Life Cycle Sustainment Plan; Training Plan(s); Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation Plan(s); Maintenance Plan(s); Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS); etc.

Calculating and identifying factors affecting various metrics such as Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF); Operational Availability, Operational Readiness (OR), Mean Down Time (MDT), Spares to Life Cycle Cost Ratio, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Maintenance Ratio (MR), Maintenance Cost per Hour, Ownership Cost, etc.

Tracking of retrograde equipment or similar tracking actions.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S Citizenship is required.

Master's Degree preferably in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college/university and 10 years of applicable experience including five (5) years of acquisition logistics experience preferably in a DoD acquisition program office or similar organization; or a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college/university and 12 years of applicable experience including seven (7) years of acquisition logistics experience preferably in a DoD acquisition program office or similar organization.

Must possess a Secret clearance.

Must possess experience in preparing/editing DOD technical documents as well as Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) analysis of complex mechanical and electronics systems/equipment.
