Kforce's client, a world class financial services firm is seeking an IT Audit Manager in Baltimore, Maryland, or NYC to cover the applications and system infrastructure supporting the Finance and Regulatory Reporting business functions. This role will be hybrid (3 days in the office & 2 days remote).Summary:In this role, the IT Audit Manager executes planning, testing, and reporting phases of the integrated audit engagements and provides audit coverage for application controls and system infrastructure used in support of Finance, Regulatory and Financial Reporting, as well as Treasury business processes. The IT Audit Manager is responsible for understanding, analyzing, and testing automated controls over application processing integrity, data quality, Agile change management, application and system security, production management, and system resiliency. This role provides an excellent opportunity for advancement along with great benefits. * 4 to 6 years of IT Audit experience with a large company or public accounting * Proven ability to manage multiple audit assignments, while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision * Proven ability to partner with Technology and Financial Auditors and work within a team * Knowledge of financial products to help plan audit engagements and assess risks * Experience in auditing applications, interfaces, system infrastructure, data processing and computer general controls (ie SDLC, Change Management, and data management controls) * Experience in distributed environments (Linux, Windows), and emerging technologies such as Data Lakes/Data Warehouses, cloud, AI/ML * Experience with Data Analytics and data mining tools * Technical knowledge/working auditing skills in Database Management Systems, Unix/Linux and Windows Operating systems, IIS/Apache web servers, etc. * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proven ability to build strong relationships with both the Business Unit and Technology clients Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
