**$30.35/hour- higher pay available depending on experience MAINTENANCE TECH- 3RD SHIFT**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:* Comply with safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures* Flexibility of work hours including overtime* Able to work with and around moving equipment/machines* Strong planning and organizational skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills* Responsible for providing coverage to complete all planned and emergency work with an emphasis on proactive activities* Able to provide technical assistance and aid to the maintenance team during emergency calls* Responsible for carrying out the hands-on responsibilities and activities of a maintenance technician* Makes tactical decisions necessary based on unforeseen conditions* Determines that all required work has been performed by the maintenance technicians* Ensure all work meets quality specifications and the job site is cleaned and left in safe working condition.* Coordinates maintenance effort between shifts to achieve orderly turn-over* Works with Maintenance Engineer and Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to coordinate overtime assignments* Listens to team member input and works with the Maintenance Engineer to solve issuesEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:* Job-specific experience is preferred.* Manufacturing experience is preferred.* Basic Motor Control* Class B - Electrical License* onsite training provided* Beginning PLCsSKILLS AND TALENTS:. Learn and implement Lock Out/Tag Out and safety procedures to assure the safe operation of the equipment.. Work in a team environment with the ability to communicate in a concise, polite, and respectful manner.. Able to work with minimal supervision. Proficient computer knowledge.
