This individual will be responsible for conducting research on best in industry construction trends and collaborating with HQ and regional construction leadership. **Telework Policy allows for up to 5 days of work from home a week depending on business needs and manager discretion** What You'll Do Analyze construction processes and requirements and develop corresponding process and data flows Assist with construction process solution testing strategies, conditions and evaluation of expected results Produce technical and financial analysis in support of project and business solutions Prepare and organize training content for internal training courses Organize and review construction site documents Visit sites under construction What You'll Need Minimum a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field In lieu of degree, 4 years of experience in related field will meet the education requirements listed above Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Self-motivation and highly professional demeanor Strong organizational, problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments while maintaining commitment to deadlines Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of constituent groups such as senior management, peers, and outside contacts This position commutes less than 25% of the time What You'll Receive At Lidl, we know that in order for our people to do their best, they must be at their best.
