Job Description Bello Machre is now hiring for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for our finance team. The Accounts Receivable Specialist processes and reports on accounts receivables (A/R) for things like room & board, contribution to care, and charitable donations, to include reconciling A/R with aged trial balance (ATB). This person will also track and report on the attendance of the people we support in our programs, process food stamps applications, and assist with our annual audit process. This position also provides backup for payroll processing and assistance to our Chief Finance Officer (CFO). This position requires a BS in Accounting, knowledge of DDA systems, and at least 2 years of A/R experience. Experience with accounts payable and payroll is a plus. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will have opportunities for advancement, and there is the possibility for some remote work. This position requires an experienced, independent professional who works well within a team environment.
