This includes assuring the recruitment, training, supervision and support of staff within the program. CBPDs will maximize positive outcomes for all children and families served. They will assure adherence to internal policies, as well as external regulations and licensing requirements, sound fiscal operation and communication and liaison with local community groups, schools service agencies, local state offices and courts of the county and state. *Essential Roles and Responsibilities* * Program Management: Ensures that the program site is managed effectively and in line with stated policies and program objectives by overseeing office site operation and lease and/or rental agreements, generating program data, implementing policies and management plans, and program planning and defining long range goals. * Delivery of Services: Assures the delivery of quality services and maintains an array of services through supervision treatment staff or supervisors, ensuring team members are qualified and providing continued safety of children, assisting with training and credentialing of team members, services responsiveness, developing the program, and advocating for children and their families. * Fiscal Operation: Assists the direct supervisor with monitoring income and expenditures, overseeing the development of treatment costs and revenues, and generating accurate statistical and fiscal information on children and their families. * Community: Assures and/or enhances program recognition and professional reputation of Pressley Ridge on a local and regional level by attending meetings of local and/or state departments, schools, court hearings, and community groups, disseminating agency information and consulting on services and programs we offer, attending and presenting conferences, seminars, and trainings, and assisting research activities. * Collaboration: Ensures collaboration across the program as well as cross-functionally throughout the organization through attending and participating in meetings internal to Pressley Ridge with management and administrative staff, receiving supervision from the direct supervisor on an ongoing basis, and providing regular updates to the executive staff and others within Pressley Ridge to ensure everyone is well-informed of the program operations. * Additional duties as assigned. * Qualifications* * Valid driver's license and car insurance * Clearances: State Police, FBI, and Child Abuse Clearances; CPSL Mandated Reporter-Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse training per state regulation. *Working Conditions* * Physical Demands. Requires vision, speech, and hearing and a moderate level of physical activity including; sitting, standing, walking lifting and carrying as required. Must be able to meet the demands and complete Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI). * Environmental Factors. Indoors/Outdoors: office, school, home, community. * Working Hours.
