POSITION SUMMARY: As part of the Marketing and Strategic Communications team, the Recruitment Marketing Manager serves as the liaison between the Marketing and Human Resources Department and develops and manages a variety of HR (Human Resources) communications initiatives and content around recruitment and retention, with a strong emphasis on digital social marketing. In coordination with the Director of Talent Acquisition, executes the agreed upon marketing strategy for Talent Acquisition across the LifeBridge Health entities. Essential Functions: Co-develops a Talent Acquisition marketing calendar in collaboration with human resources and continually monitors its progress and adjusts accordingly to market needs. Writes content for website, ads, social media posts and all other HR marketing communications. Develops and maintains a video and photo library to be used in HR marketing materials, social media posts, ads, and other communications Develops and maintains KPI metrics per initiative and campaign and shares monthly with HR and Marketing peers for discussion. Works in conjunction with the social media manager to push out content to various LifeBridge Health social media channels. Work with the multimedia specialist to produce short videos and photos to be shared on various social media platforms. Works with the digital marketing team to update/refresh Lifejobs.org career site content to include events, copy and dedicated microsite pages Works with graphic design team and project coordinator to get ads produced and placed. Meets regularly with the media buying agency to support and execute the talent acquisition strategy Assists HR at hiring events Identifies potential social influencers within the organization and works with them to develop posts for a variety of social media channels REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of experience Background in digital employment communications Experience with content development preferred Location: LifeBridge Health .
