This person will help build the Data Analytics platform from the ground up to transition from reflective Data Analysis to Predictive Modelling. If you have experience in R and/or Python for Data Modelling and Tableau or PowerBI for Predictive Analytics, and would like to take a Lead/Managerial role, this position is perfect for you!Responsibilities:Lead the transition from a reflective Data Analytics practice to a predictive Data Analytics ModelWork with R and Python for predictive analytics tasksFacilitate the transition from Tableau to PowerBI as a Data Visualization toolTransition the current on-prem (Windows OS) platform to the cloud; specifically to AzureLead a small team of 5 Data Analysts and Engineers throughout the Technology TransformationQualifications:6+ years of Professional Experience in Data Analytics, Data Modelling, and Algorithm Development Skilled in R and/or Python scripting (SQL is also preferred)Experience with PowerBI. Tableau experience would also be helpfulBachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.Desire to be in a Lead, Managerial, or gain promotion to an Architect level position
