Location HQ 3500 S Clark Street Arlington, VA 22202 Employment Type Full-Time Experience Level Entry Level PR & Marketing Reference number 186602 Target Start Date 09/19/2022 Summary The Specialist - Marketing (Graphic Design) supports in the design and production of the Dish magazine, and other print and digital communication. **This position is Hybrid, requiring 3 days in office and 2 days working from home** What You'll Do Design and production of the Dish magazine Design seasonal marketing master adhering to Lidl's brand guidelines Work with photographers, food stylist and other designers on Art directing photography for the magazine and other campaigns as needed Accurately prepare creative files and materials for printing and ensure the print quality of all collateral pieces at the highest standard Adhere to production schedules and production workflow processes Ensure team deadlines and specifications are met What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design 2+ years of related working experience Background in print/editorial design a bonus but not required Preferred layout experience Must be skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent attention to detail with high quality/accuracy and proofreading skills Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to prioritize Ability to meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment What You'll Receive At Lidl, we know that in order for our people to do their best, they must be at their best.
