Grow your career in payroll with US! Fidelity Building Services Group is adding a Payroll Administrator to our team in Sparks, MD. Do you have: Experience in administrative work? 3+ years of experience in a payroll administrative position? Our ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, communicate effectively, and have a high level of confidentiality. They will be responsible for a number of tasks that will lead to them successfully processing multiple weekly and biweekly payrolls for three of our companies. Typical responsibilities include: Accurate entry and verification of new hires, terminations, and team member changes, including but not limited to, address changes, direct deposit changes, tax changes, etc. Reconcile and post weekly manual check files for each company for General Ledger purposes. Complete weekly bank transfer and bank transactions for payroll-related costs associated with net wages, taxes, and invoice costs from payroll provider. Daily posting to job-related costs for accounting. Gain and maintain a strong and high level of understanding as it relates to calculating fringe benefits, scale rates, and certified payroll reporting.
