"Qualified candidates may be eligible for up to $10,000.00 Sign-on Bonus- Please Inquire" The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for assisting with management and operation of the clinic. This position assumes full responsibility for the dialysisclinic in the absence of the Facility Administrator. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Works with Administrators on developing optimal staffing and patient schedules. * Implements and ensures compliance with all organization standards, guidelines, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. * Works with the Facility Administrator to maintain chronological, thorough, and appropriate documentation in the patient record. * Assists the Facility Administrator with necessary Corrective Action Plan development, implementation and follow up as required. * Serves as a resource/subject matter expert for patient needs and issues, staff education and in-service sessions as necessary, working closely with the Educators. REQUIREMENTS: * Current nursing license in the applicable state. * Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors. * Meet CMS minimum requirement of 12 months experience in providing nursing care, including 3 months experience in providing care to patients on maintenance dialysis. Requirements: Qualifications/Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements include: Current RN license in applicable state. License must be maintained as current and in good standing. 12 months experience in providing nursing care, including 3 months of experience in providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis. CPR certification required within 90 days of hire. Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors. Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment. Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire. Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state. (See addendum for RN Charge Nurse.) Successful Competency Factors: Use of the following skills: problem solving, analytical ability, effective communication, confidentiality. Interpersonal skills necessary to work with patients, staff, insurance companies, government and private agencies. Multi-task in an efficient, professional and calm manner. Supervisory Responsibilities: Daily supervision of staff on duty. Responsible for assisting in hiring, development and employee relations activities. Budgetary Responsibilities: No budgetary responsibility.
