This position is onsite in Sinai Hospital's Human Resources office. POSITION SUMMARY: The HR Coordinator is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management and other HR team members (HR generalist, HR business partners, etc.). This position provides administrative support to the HR Director as needed in areas; employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, onboarding, policy interpretation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance. Position will serve as the primary HR administrative resource. Ideal candidates will have experience processing I-9 documentation for new hires, strong customer service skills - both in-person and via phone support, ability to multitask. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma / GED with 2+ years of work experience in a professional work environment is required Human Resources experience preferred Location: LifeBridge Health .
