JPG Plumbing & Mechanical Services is seeking a Construction Assistant Project Manager to join our Team.We are JPG!We are a commercial plumbing, industrial vacuum, mechanical & HVAC company that is headquartered in Jessup, Maryland. Serving the Maryland, Virginia, & DC area; we provide 24/7 emergency, preventive maintenance, and inspection services to an array of clients. Our customers include commercial property managers, building owners, government agencies, hospitals, and educational facilities. Our goal is to keep operations running smoothly and maintain business continuity so that our customers never have to worry about problems with their plumbing, mechanical or HVAC systems. We are passionate about our mission and are dedicated to resolving any problems that should arise with 100% customer satisfaction.We are looking for a Construction Assistant Project Manager to support the construction team in estimating and bidding new work, construction project document administration, and project close-out. This role supports several Construction Team members and works closely with other company teams to ensure contract requirements are followed; budgets are met, and progress billing and retention are received.
