Intro: As a Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solutions Architect Expert, you will have the ability to contribute to the growth of our Business Applications group by helping large scale organizations adopt Microsoft Power Platform at an enterprise level with a focus on the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents as well as Dynamics 365. AIS delivers cross-cloud transformation solutions that help commercial and federal enterprises improve business results by migrating to the cloud, modernizing apps, and using data intelligence. What You'll Be Doing: Evangelize the Power Platform to internal and external audiences and work with internal AIS groups to develop sales and marketing assetsExperience in assisting in the creation and dissemination of intellectual property and knowledge sharing across teamsUnderstand the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) model as well as installing, configuring, and augmenting the CoE Starter KitWork in an agile environment and provide technical leadership to the team throughout all agile ceremoniesServe as a lead to help guide our clients to effectively use the Microsoft Power Platform with best practices and methodologiesWork to understand client pain points to provide multi-cloud solutions and best practices by utilizing problem-solving and decision-making skillsFamiliarity with the other Microsoft Cloud extensibility models and APIs such as the Microsoft GraphExperience in mentoring other developers and team members in their technical developmentStrong verbal and written communications skillsLearn new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends Location and Travel Details: This is a remote position with occasional travel once COVID restrictions are lifted. Security Clearance and Citizenship Requirements: US Citizen or Green Card Holder with an Active Public Trust Clearance or ablity to obtain Public Trust Profile of Success: Solution Architects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Power Platform with five (5) years' experience leading successful implementations and focus on how solutions address the broader business and technical needs of organizations. Minimum of two years of experience in developing Dynamics 365 or Power Platform solutions is required. Microsoft certification is required. At least five (5) years' experience performing solution envisioning and requirement analysis, architecting a solution, coding and implementing the solutionMIcrosoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert - (PL-600)Assist clients on all aspects of Power Platform enterprise governance and administration including DevOpsUnderstanding the best practices for data modeling and implementing those models into applications such as DataverseAn understanding of development best practices and principles with programming languages inside (Liquid, Power Fx) and outside the Power Platform (JavaScript, C#)Oversee client discovery workshops, requirements gathering, training for end users and administrators, and development of conceptual design and architectureProven experience designing and developing applications across the Power Platform (Canvas, Model-Driven, Portals, Power BI, Automate)Comprehend the architectural principles of Azure and Microsoft 365 to build holistic Microsoft solutionsSupport activities in a pre-sales role by solution guidance in writing and architecting of proposals supporting Power Platform opportunitiesAssist clients on all aspects of Power Platform enterprise governance and administration including DevOps Desirable Skills: Significant programming experience in both traditional and front-end languagesFamiliarity with Dynamics 365Familiarity with Microsoft's Success by Design About AIS: AIS, Dedicated to Our People AIS employees can spend their entire career at AIS doing challenging, rewarding work and reach their desired level of achievement and responsibility.
