Visit arcfield.com for more details. Responsibilities: The position will report directly to the CISO and will provide support in operating and scaling the information security program at Arcfield. Specifically: Assess and evaluate security design architectures. Provide gap assessments and solutions to help maintain a strong security posture and compliance with mandated security requirements.Operate and maintain security tools across hybrid/multi cloud environments (vulnerability management, EDR, SIEM, etc).Support the CISO and enterprise in cyber incident response activities.Conduct security assessments across enterprise to ensure security standards are maintained and operationally effective.Partner with IT team to test tools, patches, configurations, and address vulnerability mitigations across enterprise.Research new approaches and technologies that could enhance security posture or automate existing processes.Support the development of policies, processes, and evidence to maintain compliance with DFARS and NIST standards. Qualifications: Either a bachelor's degree and 12 years or more experience; or a master's degree and 10 years or more experience in working with IT Security policies and government frameworks.Possess a working knowledge of Windows and Linux.Experience in achieving an ATO(s) through any of the following security frameworks FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, CNSS 1253, etc.Experience in managing and operating information security tools such as EDR, SEIM or equivalent vulnerability management platforms, with cloud security services, etc.Demonstrated ability to be flexible, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Possess excellent communication skills and the proven ability to work effectively with all levels of IT and business management.Ability to understand enterprise operating environments, including security posture, application environment, and associated security controls.Experience in understanding and documenting information system specifications and security controls, including logical and physical diagrams, connectivity, communication, and data flow diagrams, both internal and external to the system.
