Kforce has a client in Arlington, VA that is seeking a Data Analyst.Responsibilities: * In this role, the Data Analyst is responsible for the analysis of contacts for segmentation, ie job types, role types, industry, company types * Isolates issues of data consistency, data gaps, correctness * Uses various methods to correct inconsistencies, fill data gaps * The Data Analyst interprets data, analyzes results using statistical techniques, and provides ongoing reports * Works with confidential operational data involving personally identifiable information (PII) and adheres to INDG business rules regarding data protection * Partners with Marketing Analytics, Directors, and Managers to determine data requirements and support injection of new contacts * As a Data Analyst, this role participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. * Experience with structure query language (SQL) and working in a database environment - Oracle, SQL, AWS, or others * Experience with ETL processes, data mining, and manipulating large data sets * Experience with advanced Excel - vlookups, pivot tables, macros, other formulaic processes for analytics (DAX) * Tableau or other visual analytics tool experience * Ability to create procedures in SQL for automation is desirable * Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned * Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
