As the Dual Human Resources Assistant, you will: . Oversees full life-cycle recruiting responsibilities for open positions within organization . Creates hiring strategies aimed at good candidate flow . Monitor and update job requisitions ensuring postings are always current. This includes ensuring job recruiting sites and postings are added or deleted as needed. Interview applicants; screen prospective employees for openings using hospitality and total quality management questions. . Ensure 100% compliance with Concord and DOL applicant management standard procedures. Check references on all candidates that are in the final stages of interviewing. . Set-up second interviews between applicants and department heads. . Maintain and update list of local recruiting sources, host or attend job fairs . Ensure that all applicants are treated fairly and are not asked any discriminatory questions. Ensure proper identification and proof of employability on all new hires is processed in accordance with I-9 requirements. . Properly onboard all new hires on their first day of employment and ensure new hires complete all required trainings. . Ensures that each candidate has a positive offer-to-start experience, maintaining contact through to start date. . Perform a variety of human resources and administrative assignments, assisting with programs, regulations, policies. . Research, collect, write and prepare drafts of materials, and assist with recommendations on a variety of human resources topics. . Prepare correspondence and reports related to human resources. . Assist with training, specifically Leadership Development classes. Manage attendee list, produce handout materials and plan meals. . Manage online job posting websites (Monster.com, Hcareers.com, Careerbuilder.com). . Create and maintain the Personnel files and documents. . Prepare New Hire Orientation materials; assist with onboarding activities. . Assist with planning and executing company events. . Execute the orientation and agenda for new associates. . Put together welcome packets for new hires. . Track company mentor program. . Manage and update the office bulletin board. .
