Westat is seeking an IT leader to become part of the corporate IS team that supports corporate finance and related systems and applications. Applications and systems are integrated with the Deltek Costpoint platform hosted on premise using Oracle as its underlying database.

Job Responsibilities:
• Work with corporate finance teams in understanding needs and developing solutions.
• Work with team members to maintain and upgrade the Costpoint platform.
• Work with Costpoint and the underlying database, developing and revising procedures, queries, and reports.
• Lead efforts to develop new capabilities and applications and modernizing existing features.

Basic Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree, preferably in a Computer Science, Information Systems or Business related fields.
• 10+ years of leadership experience.
• 3+ years of technical experience with Deltek's Costpoint and time collection system.
• Oracle PL/SQL development and SQL reporting experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
• .NET development.
• Experience with server and/or database administration.
• Staff management experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Excellent communications and technical writing skills.
• Exercise good judgment and possess strong supervisory, problem solving and documentation skills.
• Creative in problem-solving, taking initiative, effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work well in a team environment.
