Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a Project Analysis, Junior Analyst to support a Federal Government client at our Lexington Park, MD location.
Responsibilities
- Assists program and project managers in creating project deliverables and correspondence to the government.
- Applies basic understanding of project objectives
- Collects data, process documentation and complies status reports
- Coordinates travel arrangements for employees and report estimated cost to finance and COR approval.
- Attends and participates in project meetings as requested
- Tracks project material and back-up documentation and respond to any inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of project support experience
- Ability to provide customer service to the team
- Ability to stay self-motivated, self-directed and work in a fast-paced, high-performance, and dispersed team environment
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Attentiveness to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with MS Excel and Word skills
- Proficiency with computer applications and data entry
- Some travel required (20%)
- Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination
Education
