This role requires someone who is eager to research, uncover and present insights to our marketing team and leadership. This role will enable data-driven decision-making and provide actionable insights to enhance Bozzuto marketing performance by leveraging paid, social, owned, email, and CRM data. This role will develop insightful reporting and models that will inform marketing strategy by employing advanced analytics concepts and tools.Have experience managing marketing research to answer business questions including research proposal, methodology design, data collection, data analysis, and reporting.Be able to bring together data from different sources to identify insights and form recommendations.Design, develop and maintain marketing reports to illustrate digital marketing performance.Develop, build, and refine models for attribution, leasing performance, ROI analysis, lead projection, campaign performance, and other key analytics requests, including ad-hoc projects.Lead the measurement and optimization of marketing performance, such as executing website performance analysis, conducting AB tests, and evaluating potential new products for our digital marketing tech stack.Be able to communicate research findings and recommendations in clear, concise, and compelling ways to marketing leadership, brand, and performance teams.Experience with web analytics infrastructure using Google Analytics Universal Tracking, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.What You Bring to Us:Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or master's degree with 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, statistics, data science, and/or paid media reporting and optimization.Strong data analytical skills and data-driven thinking ability.Experience with database and data modeling.Proficiency with Excel, business intelligence (Power BI preferred) and data visualization tools for large dataset analyses, reports, and dashboards.Solid experience in A/B and multivariate testing implementation and analysis.Strong communication skills to build adoption and influence of insights into the marketing decision making process.Demonstrable experience in using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to collect, organize, and deliver web performance insights.Hands-on experience in analytics event tagging using Google Tag Manager, and a solid understanding of Google Ads and CRM.Experience with CDP is a plus.Positive, can-do attitude and a strong desire to deliver great service.What We Bring You:In addition to an award winning culture and amazing work spaces, Bozzuto offers a wide range of insurance options, financial programs, and benefits that let you and your family be healthy and plan for the future.
