Overview : Our direct and largest client is a member of the Fortune 500. A leading Federal Integrator, they provide a pioneering vision to the Federal Government through bold ideas and outcomes. They have a contract opportunity for a Training and Change Management Analyst to join a project responsible for collecting debts owed to the US Government. As a Training and Change Management Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering live and remote training for an ongoing Pega/OAS implementation. Work is being performed on-site at the Washington DC office. Per our Federal Government Contract, you must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Responsibilities : Develop training materials (live/remote presentions, job aids, video recordings) in consultation with subject matter expertsAssist in creation and execution of change management planCollect and analyze user feedback through an online survey toolSupport all efforts related to training deliveryDevelop and distribute communications content to end users using a variety of tools (PowerPoint, PiktoChart, InDesign, Biteable)Create and maintain strong working relationships with the client and key stakeholder groups Qualifications : Bachelors or equivalent degree requiredStrong oral and written communications requiredExperience delivering live training courses, and developing end-user communication preferred Per our Federal Government Contract, you must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance : 4 Reasons to Join The Squires Group, Inc.: 1.
