Senseware is looking for a B2B Demand Generation Manager to join our rapidly growing SaaS company that is making noise as one of Washington DC's hottest startups. Senseware is a first of its kind technology platform that gives you access to real-time data on indoor air quality, energy consumption, water leaks, and more. The company has been awarded 43 patents!You will be the central point for creating and executing new customer acquisition campaigns! The B2B Demand Generation Manager will develop, execute and measure cross-channel marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and sales opportunities. This is a dynamic role with a lot of room to bring your own creativity and ideas to the table. We are a collaborative team and work together to make big ideas come to life. The right candidate has left and right brain attributes while being comfortable getting hands-on with the latest marketing technology and techniques.Key Responsibilities:Conceive, build and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns to acquire new leadsCreate and implement lead nurture programs to drive awareness, educate and engage leadsLead strategy, development, and execution of webinars, events, email automation, search adsMeasure what matters: Analyze results at a granular level, provide visibility across the organization, and adjust strategies accordinglyManage the day-to-day implementation of our Marketing Automation platform and other Marketing technologiesCreate and manage project budgets and report on CAC and ROIProactively collaborate with sales, product and operations teams to ensure that lead generation goals are aligned across departmentsManage company website and work with the appropriate agencies and vendors to optimize for conversion and SEOContribute to content creation by reviewing and publishing (collateral, marketing emails, newsletters, landing pages, videos, blogs, etc.)Attributes of a Successful Candidate:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing demand generation preferably in enterprise software or B2B SaaS businessData-driven, versatile marketer with demonstrated capability of running successful marketing programs that combine email, website optimization, SEO, social, and PPC channelsExcellent writing skills are a mustExperience using one or more leading Marketing Automation platforms (eg, Hubspot), in conjunction with SalesforcePartner with content marketing, product, and sales to manage email nurture programExperience with implementing and fine-tuning pay-per-click campaigns, including ad copy, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.Strong hands-on experience, proficiency and enthusiasm for analyzing campaign results, building reports, and manipulating data.Strong project management skills, accustomed to working to a budget and within strict timelinesEagerness to experiment with and learn new skills and technologiesWhy Senseware?You'll be joining a group of smart and kind people that want to help you thriveA diverse and inclusive environmentFun and entrepreneurial cultureHealth, dental, and vision, and stock options401(k) PlanCompany social gatheringsUnlimited PTOOffice SnacksThe company is based outside of Washington, DC in Vienna, VA.
