Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group has partnered with a well known hospitality company with an office in Memphis, TN. We are seeking candidates to work as Help Desk Agents to assist customers with their billing needs. Responsibilities:
  • Partners with hotel teams and team leads to identify issues, resolve disputes, and gather customer information
  • Assist with researching disputes and documenting outcomes within accordance with policy
  • Maintain updated daily call logs
  • Build strong relationships with corporate and finance departments
  • Attending meetings with staff and hotel team when needed
  • Maintain privacy of customers and guests
  • Ensure accurate and complete information is provided to guests via email and phone
Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Strong customer service background; call center experience preferred
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
