Summary

The Facility Security Escort will obtain and follow operational guidance from the COR via the Program Manager. The Facility Security Escort will provide cleared escort services by personally escorting, remaining physically present, and visually monitoring all activities of non-cleared personnel in approved work areas of the FBI WFO facility. Access to these work areas will be identified and approved by the Customer, prior to entrance.

Responsibilities
  • Identify the non-cleared personnel requiring escorts to approved work areas.
  • Interact effectively with the non-cleared personnel to ensure a superior level of customer service.
  • Physically escort the non-cleared personnel, in the most direct route, to the approved work area.
  • Deny access to any work area that has not been approved by the designated customer
  • Always remain physically present in the approved work area with the non-cleared
  • Actively monitor the movement and activities of the non-cleared personnel to ensure no breach of security protocols occurs
  • Immediately report any actual or suspected breach of security protocol to the designated customer representative
  • Immediately report any accidents, injuries, or safety-related issues to the designated customer representative.
  • Demonstrate the ability to meet the customer's operational escort requirements on a routine basis.
  • Secure each area upon completion of said work area and ensure that all uncleared personnel have exited.
  • Move, track, and access equipment and various hardware.
  • Duties include prolonged periods of standing/walking.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Active FBI Background Check/Public Trust clearance
  • The position requires a COVID vaccination or an approved accommodation/exemption for a disability/medical condition or religious belief

  • Must be observant, flexible, and service oriented.
  • Strong coordination, organization, teaming, and communication skills.
  • Must have good organizational, scheduling, and prioritization skills and to maintain a high level of confidentiality, ethics, and integrity.
  • Ability to work well individually or in a group setting.
  • Ability to interact with co-workers to develop a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure with time constraints.
  • Familiar with MS Office programs.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision or guidance.
