About the Role This job is CONTINGENT upon contract award, client approval, completion of a favorable background investigation, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust / High Risk clearance. Federal Program / Project Manager (PMI Certified) This position serves as the Program / Project Manager for Remote Patient Monitoring Home Telehealth (RPM-HT) with a federal government client. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall success of the project, which will provide Medical Device Data System (MDDS) platforms together with data management, support services & information technology services for a comprehensive range of RPM-HT services. These platforms and systems must support and enable bi-directional transfer of prescribed data. The client is seeking technologies (mobile and stationary) that collect and securely transmit encrypted patient data through various disease management protocols (DMPs) either via the client's provided platforms/devices or patient owned devices. Requirements: Key Responsibilities Program Office Reporting, Biomedical Engineering Reporting, IT Data Reporting, Clinical Data Reporting, and other reporting as required by client. Leading the planning, implementation, development, and maintenance of software applications and technologies. Leading stakeholders in the development of technology solutions to complex, multifaceted problems. Managing the integration of data from a variety of sources, including systems of industry partners. Coordinating with vendors and the government client on issues related to procurement and technology standards. Serving on departmental, or regional committees, taskforces, and workgroups responsible for identifying issues and developing technology solutions for complex business processes. Providing comprehensive advice and assistance to senior management on issues having significant financial or other programmatic impact. Providing technical leadership and critical problem solving to manage change within the organization and ensuring continuation of mission-critical technology services in specialty area. Program and project management execution, to include delivery, standards, oversight, performance evaluation, technological integration, and process improvements. Budget management experience overseeing an operating budget to include evaluating long and short-term financial, IT integration and human resource needs. Experience with deployment, training, and sustainment of operating business applications, and integration with enterprise-wide legacy systems. Develops project schedules and work plans to include projected resource requirements based on the scope of work. Manages and tracks allocated resources through the project lifecycle to achieve objectives efficiently and effectively. Maintains project portfolio dashboard for frequent presentation to leadership and provides individual project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. Consults external subject matter experts and presents relevant data and benchmarking to leadership to utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution. Manages vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks, communicating expected deliverables, and facilitating contracts, as needed to support assigned projects or initiatives. Qualifications A minimum of 10 years of experience working in a leadership role for a Federal Government Agency IT Acquisition Project Management Office (PMO) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is required through PMI. Demonstrated experience in integration planning and interfacing to other functional systems. Demonstrated experience creating workflow and process maps. Demonstrated experience capturing requirements using various methods. Demonstrated experience defining and implementing strategic communications. Demonstrated experience refining internal business processes. Demonstrated experience refining business processes and architecture diagrams. Demonstrated experience using data analytics tools to compile, mine and analyze data. Demonstrated experience analyzing and developing programmatic and performance metrics. Experience working with Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and /or TeleHealth or TeleCare preferred Demonstrated expertise in information technology and management systems, operations, HW/SW integration, program/project management, technical writing, and management of IT integration. Bachelor's required; Masters preferred. Technical writing experience. Preferred 5 years of experience developing, maintaining, and updating Microsoft Project (or equivalent) schedules. Proven experience in leading successful projects Government healthcare environment preferred. Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills. Clearance Requirement: Public Trust / High Risk As this position is categorized as Public Trust / High Risk position, candidates will be subject to appropriate Background Investigation. Job Location: Washington DC As this position will be located at a federal government site, candidate must be residing in the greater Washington DC Metropolitan area. Remote work for this position is not available. Travel: No international travel is required. Limited domestic travel as required (less than 10% travel).
