Job Description:EFTPS ACH Program Operations Manager is part of a management teamoverseeing one of our Nation's critical infrastructure programsprocessing over $3.7T in payments across multiple vendors. The ACHProgram Manager will provide oversight and subject matter expertiseday to day on:*Team of 12 within ACH operations across 19 payment channels(includes APIs) and 6 vendors*Payment Operations, Payment Fraud (use of AI), IncidentManagement, Contact Centers, Reporting, and Print Fulfillment.*Performance management - ensure vendors meet KPIS and SLAs andreport performance monthly to senior executives*Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of productivity,service quality and customer satisfaction.*Develop new payment solutions to process over $3.7T in tax paymentsannually in a secure, timely and accurate mannerRequired Skills:"Must" have to be minimally qualifiedInclusive and Inspiring: Seeking motivating team players who value collaboration, celebrating shared success and who actively seek and appreciate diverse thoughts and backgroundsAuthentic and Passionate: Seeking highly engaged teammates whose intensity and intentions align and are enthusiastic about the work we are doing for our clients and in our communitiesInnovative and Curious: Seeking teammates with out-of-the box ideas and solutions, who embrace change with a future-forward mindset, and are looking to challenge the status quo Confident and Agile: Seeking strong communicators who value giving and receiving feedback, easily build relationships, and who are quick thinking, flexible, and always learning and sharing knowledge*Bachelor's Degree*At least 7+ years' experience in ACH payment operations/product/program management*Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) Certification (preferred)*Experience managing in a matrixed environment and/or with vendors*Experience interfacing with clients and executives within BofA*Excellent risk management*Experience with payment processing (ACH a plus)*Experience leading on-call incident response teams preferred*Strong leadership skills*Ability to perform well in complex stakeholder environmentDesired skills:* Ability to work across multiple functional teams to set direction, enable sales activities / initiatives, drive and implement change, and solve problems* Working knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office SuiteShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40
