Sparks Group has partnered with a publicly traded real estate investment firm in the Washington DC area that offers competitive compensation and benefits. Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee the full cycle of talent acquisition. Responsibilities:
- Implement creative sourcing strategies and screening methods to manage full recruitment life cycle and hire the best fitting candidates
- Manage applicants' experience throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive and timely process
- Assist HR manager in efforts recruiting for corporate roles and partnering with third-party managers to recruit for open property positions
- Serve as direct point of contact for talent acquisition managers to discuss needs and develop pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
- Utilize ATS, make improvements on how company uses it, and train hiring managers on its use and interviewing skills
- Manage planning efforts for summer internship and career fair programs
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in human resources or related field
- 3-5 years' experience in recruiting industry, hospitality, or retail
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment and labor law
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and creative sourcing
