Pay range for this position starts at $24.00 an hour. Candidate Profile Warehouse position where the incumbent will serve as the leader of a team assigned to commercial warehouse projects working at the Dulles, VA sites. Responsible for all the processes and activities involved with executing warehousing process. Maintains warehouse electronic inventory for the commercial operation in the facility. To oversee and ensure the completion of commercial warehouse operations in a timely manner and under budget. Position Scope Daily contact with Operations and Customer involved with various warehousing projects. Job task flexibility and the ability to give and take guidance from other team members are essential. Significant Responsibilities and Essential Functions Manages warehouse crews and delegate helper assignments; Responsible for seeing that all customer SLA's are adhered to including: Service objectives and logistics, key performance indicators and reporting and methodology; Records, completes, and maintains all documentation associated with warehouse operations; Comfortable communicating with clients in person, over the phone and email; Fleet, equipment & tool management; Maintains accurate electronic inventory with current WMS including weekly and monthly cycle counts; Responds timely and professionally to internal and external customers monitoring emails and scheduling software for inventory requests; Uses inventory software to pull, process and load/ship orders; Utilizes handheld scanners for processing inventory in/out of the warehouse; Ensures product meets quality requirements for customers; Ensures that outgoing shipments meet proper packing/loading standards and specifications; Ensures that levels of service, quality of work, and completion dates are met; Verifies, compares, and confirms type and quantity of received/shipped goods against information contained on bills of lading, invoices, pick tickets or other records by weighing and/or counting incoming and outgoing merchandise; Receives and puts away inventory and load/unload boxes into trucks/vans for shipping; Adheres to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards and Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness; Operates lift truck/pallet jack to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area; Other duties as assigned
