To help support this desired brand and succeed in achieving our strategic business goals, the company is building an organizational culture of teamwork, engagement, learning, and continuous improvement/innovation.POSITION OVERVIEWThe Electrical Engineering Group Lead is a working manager that will report directly to the Director of Engineering of ATI and will have full responsibility for researching, designing, developing, documenting, coordinating, and leading major new product development and sustaining projects within program objectives and serves as group leader for the electrical engineering team. Applies sound and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments. Conducts and supervises assignments generally involving the larger and more important projects. Evaluates progress and results and recommends major changes in procedures or objectives. Operates with considerable latitude within project scope.
