Remote Technology Proposal Writer / Business Development AnalystExperience Writing and Editing responses to RFIs and RFPs for IT Services for Federal Government IS A MUSTFT position and NO Consultants will be consideredAt Nueducation, we've experienced a wonderful period of growth as the direct result of increased efficiency and productivity. To continue this trajectory, we're looking for a Proposal Writer and Business Development Analyst that will be an active driver of capture strategy assembled for both task order bids and small to medium contract RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs proposal responses.We're looking for a self-starter, out-of-the-box thinker, resourceful and knowledgeable about writing and managing opportunities to respond to IT Cloud Infrastructure, Clould Technologies, DevSecOps, and application development proposal responses. The ability to operate comfortably with little supervision and in a fast-paced environment.Remote candidates with strong qualifications will be considered.Some functions of the role are:* You are a proposal writer with the ability to reuse content, interview SMEs, and create a full RFP response.* Able to organize and manage the response team and related activities* You enjoy preparing, writing, and delivering all proposal volumes and other required proposal deliverables, controlling both the process and final product, ensuring that the total process adds value and produces quality conducive to winning proposals* You assist in the capture and proposal teams in developing themes, identifying discriminators, and developing storyboards* You're a guru at proposal compliance, creating winning themes, understanding of the evaluation criteria, and maintaining proposal's development schedule, design, and quality control functions* Graphic Design* Coordinate and ensure consistency, concurrency, and accuracy of messages across volumes* Lead and support reviews to produce quality and actionable feedback for final product* Ability to define milestones and deliver final product early or on-timeRequirements:About YOU:You define your specialties as: Proposal Writer, Technical Writer, Editor, News Writer, Graphic Designer10 years or more managing and leading proposal teams to successful proposal efforts resulting in Government contractsBachelor's degree, preferably within a technical fieldExperience managing and responding to IT Services ProposalExcellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding interpersonal skillsStrong proposal design skills to communicate information with impactAbility to juggle simultaneous bids at various stages and with various complexitiesAbility to multi-task and be confident in leading others through the proposal development processWinning record with Task Order and small to medium (up to $50M) level proposalsIdeal candidates with lots of experience that wish to work Part Time will be considered.
