Our client in the telecommunications industry is seeking an Employee Benefits Administrator to support the human resources department. The Employee Benefits Administrator will assists employees with benefits, enrollment, verifies all insurance billing, and ensures compliance with required benefit notices. If this sounds, we are looking for someone with experience in employment benefits programs.

Job Requirements

Qualified candidate must be able to:
  • Provide reports for 401k, benefit elections, financial reports, and other reports as requested
  • Help to administers benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, 401(k) plan, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance
  • Works with various vendors on automation and streamlining of process
  • Administer various employee benefits programs
  • Conduct benefits orientations and explain benefits self-enrollment system
  • Maintain employee benefits filing systems and ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately in payroll system for payroll deduction
  • Administer COBRA with third Party Administrator
  • Assist HR manager in obtaining statistics and information in renewal process of any health, and life benefit
  • Prepare and set up meetings designed to help employees obtain information

  • Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
