Adventist Healthcare seeks to hire an experienced Lead Receiver for our Materials Management department who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Lead Receiver you will:
•Provide daily work assignments to staff and work with managers and other supervisors to coordinate personnel and resources as necessary to complete all work scheduled for the department.
•Responsible for shipping and handling of goods and parcels through Fedex and UPS.
•Oversees inventory transactions to receive, assign location and distribution of goods to the end user.
•Responsible for ordering oxygen tanks, managing distribution and maintenance of oxygen tank rooms.
•Management and maintaining of equipment and notifying the Manager when scheduling for repairs is required.
•Managing of Inventory Stock Request ''orders''.
•Responsible for processing the return of damaged goods or mispicks.
•Managing and maintenance of the loading dock.
•Operate pallet jacks, and other equipment to safely move supplies to proper locations.

Qualifications include:
•Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Must be able to communicate providing verbal feedback in a professional manner.
•Must be able to follow and understand instructions, and react favorably in all work situations.
•Must have strong interpersonal skills and be adaptable and flexible in dealing with a variety of people at various levels within and outside the organization.
•Must be able to do math calculations and input data into the computer.
•High school diploma or equivalency
•At least 2 - 3 years supervisory experience in Materials Management, preferably in all phases of hospital stock work and in a lead or higher position.
