This role is not remote and is a face to face customer service role. Enhancing the customer experience to build customer loyalty is the primary focus of all our campaigns. Again this is an in person role working with customers. *As a Customer Representative Trainee, you will: * * Listen, understand, and take quick action. Like all of us, customers just want someone to listen and help get their problems solved.
