You Will: Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties to include benefits administration; leave of absence; investigations; coaching/counseling/discipline.Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures and existing employment laws and regulations.Assist with the administration of airport badging, background checks.Conducts audits to include HR programs and recommend corrective action.Serve as Coach and mentor.Training, development, and Talent Management - Talent Development coach and liaison for General Management. Conduct annual training as necessary.Policy Administration - Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures related to Human Resources.Providing advice and consultation to operations, safety.Promote employee engagement.Employee Relations Management - manages internal and external matters from notification through resolution.Participates in collective bargaining processes, ensures the CBA is executed and followed.Process and vetting of employee separations.Ensure performance expectations and policy guidance are being met.Provide assistance to all levels of management.Regular attendance that is punctual and dependable is required.Perform project work and other duties as assigned.
