We are looking for a Construction Superintendent with experience on large healthcare projects to join our client leading field operations in the Washington, DC area. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES As a Construction Superintendent, here are some of your key responsibilities: Management and coordination of field operations in assigned areas of aspects of the project Prepare daily reports documenting jobsite progress Mentor and develop direct reports Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, designers, consultants and the surrounding community Manage the project schedule while ensuring the highest quality and safety standards WHAT WE SEEK IN A CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT 5+ years experience on construction projects in the healthcare field of $20M value or more Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent/applicable degree Experience as a Superintendent on large healthcare projects is preferred Technology proficient, with the ability to adapt to new innovations and processes Communication and relationship building skills Problem solving skills HERE ARE SOME OF THE GREAT BENEFITS YOU WILL BE OFFERED An extremely competitive salary package, including a bonus Health, dental, vision, disability, life, flexible spending Stock purchase with guaranteed a match of 1:4 shares, and up to 100% match 401(k) retirement plan Deferred savings Supplemental IRA Paid holidays Family focused parental leave policy Car Allowance A DIVERSE WORKFORCE MATTERS TO US!
