We develop the infrastructure that enables the D&S Technology teams to build, test, deploy and host hundreds of microservices across several global datacenters Our Engineers have the opportunity to build a long-term and exciting career in a dynamic technology oriented and rapidly growing organization.Job TitleSenior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer - Data & ServicesAre you an experienced information technologist who is excited by Automating routine tasks and making systems more efficient?Being part of an innovative, technologically advanced team?Learning about new and staying on the cutting-edge of technology?Working through challenging technical problems of deploying additional environments in new datacenters as we scale globally?Responsibilities: Provide CI/CD pipelines for Production & Staging Kubernetes environment, leveraging Rancher and Azure Kubernetes (AKS) ServicesSupport the tooling of infra-as-code to enable teams to rapidly provision infrastructureDeploy and manage virtual Red Hat Enterprise Linux Servers, running in AzureManage our existing infrastructure-as-code stack including Ansible, Terraform and Packer, along with our workflows utilizing Jenkins and KubernetesWork on simplifying system deployment and configuration, with emphasis on everything-as-code, GitOps, and declarative codeDocument commonly encountered issues and create documentation on newly implemented systems using various Atlassian productsParticipate in on call rotations, responding to after-hours incidents in a timely mannerAbout You:Strong desire and prior experience automating common tasksCompetency using industry standard automation/scripting languages (Powershell, Bash, Python, etc)Experience deploying, administering and managing Azure hosted resources Experience managing and deploying Rancher, Istio, Kafka, & Databricks Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or JupyterExperience with Microsoft Enterprise Products (Active Directory, Windows Server. SQL Server, etc)Background on cloud native tooling and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes).
