So are we.ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM: At TKWW, Product Marketers sit at the intersection of product development and marketing strategy. They serve as the voice of the customer across all aspects of the business to ensure the products that we build are globally relevant, rooted in consumer/vendor needs, and positioned to drive adoption. We are seeking a senior marketing leader to oversee our Global Product Marketing team, reporting directly into our CMO. This individual will be responsible for scaling the existing product marketing organization by setting the vision and turning it into action. They should be an excellent communicator with a knack for people leadership and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have built, scaled, or run Global Product Marketing teams within fast-paced consumer tech organizations previously and is motivated by big, nebulous challenges RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and scale a team of 10+ Product Marketers across our Global portfolio of products, brands, and services Partner closely with Product Leadership to help define our product strategy through a customer-first lens Act as the voice of the customer within our product to drive recurring feature adoption and high customer NPS Help steer the development and application of our customer segmentation and user journey Scope, set, action, and report on Quarterly Product Marketing OKRs in collaboration with Product, Sales, and FP&A Develop, ship, and iterate on value propositions for each of our products; striving for high break-through and differentiation Sit on the Global Marketing Leadership Team to help influence, shape, and galvanize our global marketing team to action around a united strategic direction SUCCESSFUL VP, GLOBAL MARKETING CANDIDATES HAVE: 15+ years' experience in Product Marketing for consumer-facing brands Proven ability to lead with strategy and translate into execution Strong track record of leading, building, and inspiring high-performing teams Ability to seamlessly manage executive-level relationships and communications to drive alignment and enthusiasm Commitment to diversity and inclusion with a belief that diverse teams bring better business and customer outcomes BS/BA required, or equivalent experience MBA preferred #LI-SC1 At The Knot Worldwide, we believe you are more than a resume and invite you to go for it, take the leap of faith, and apply for this job if it sparks your passion to join TKWW and make a difference!
