Description Non-Profit ControllerTo $130,000 plus benefits My client is education focused nonprofit with revenues approaching $10 million. They are looking to hire a new Controller to support the COO and Executive Director, managing two staff covering the following:- Oversee the annual finance planning/budgeting processes and prepare the annual operating budget. - Provide leadership on development and creation of financial reports and key metrics. - Review and approve preparation and finalization of monthly and annual financial reports and metrics.- Monitor, interpret and present financial results of operations and programs each month.- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue/expense analysis.- Oversee creation of budgets and financial reports for grants and track reporting of project/program budgets and expenditures. - Lead financial modeling and strategy for a growing educational organization with multiple locations, including development and refinement of program pricing strategy and cost structure.- Coordinate the organization's annual audit and prepare the IRS 990 form.
