Primary Function Client facing Portfolio Managers within the Portfolio Management Group ("PMG") team partner closely with Bankers and Fiduciary Officers to deepen existing client relationships by presenting JP Morgan Private Bank's investment solutions and advising on implementation. Responsible for deepening and strengthening client investment relationships with JP Morgan Private Bank Act as primary resource for investment communication with clients and particularly co-trustees, who may share in Bank's investment responsibility Conduct investment reviews to validate the clients' current investment objectives, asset allocation and prepare recommendations of appropriate trades and investment products Maintain current knowledge of all JP Morgan Private Bank investment products and strategies Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal clients and teammates Adhere to internal and external policies and procedures regarding securities transactions and code of conduct Conduct Regulation 9 reviews to ensure compliance with investment mandate and risk guidelines Qualifications Experience with and in-depth knowledge of equities, fixed income and alternatives Ability to communicate sophisticated investment strategy to all levels of clients and prospects Experience managing discretionary relationships Sales experience including: profiling, overcoming objections, negotiation Ability to work in a team based environment and assist in the development and retention of junior team members Conduct operations within banking and other regulatory agency guidelines and requirements Requirements Prior client experience and five plus years' experience in Private Banking or Financial Services industry Bachelors degree required JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the JP Morgan and Chase brands.
