Responsibilities As a Customer Service Agent Assistant - Commercial Lines , your primary responsibility will be to support our Customer Service Agents. Additionally, you'll handle the daily service of existing clients and play a critical support role for the service team. Your role includes: . Check policies, endorsements, audits, and ratings for accuracy. . Issue certificates of insurance. . Request policy endorsements from the insurance carriers. . Consistently provide superior customer service by promptly and thoroughly responding to the clients' needs and requests. . Participate in seminars and classes to enhance skills and develop core competencies. . Order MVR reports, FR-19s, and update driver information. Qualifications . High School diploma required. . Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management. . Property & Casualty License REQUIRED. . Strong customer service focus. .
