The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Product Management Group Manager in Tysons Corner, VA. The Product Management Group Manager will be responsible for building, managing and leading analytics & product for PNC's Retail Lending Businesses including but not limited to Mortgage, Home Equity, Student Lending, Business Banking, Auto, and Card. Specific duties include: (i) defines the strategy and is responsible for the business outcomes and customer experience results for a single product portfolio. Drives business, financial and customer experience results for multi-faceted, complex products through the selection, design, development and promotion of new and existing products or experiences; (ii) monitors the marketplace to assess product or experience trends and results in order to recommend new products, new experiences or enhancements to existing products. Prioritizes and makes decisions regarding recommendations. Develops business case, business plan and roll-out of specific products; (iii) reviews financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needs cost reduction or program improvement; (iv) direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing sales, or distribution of products; and (v) direct administrative activities directly related to making products or providing services. Manages engagements with internal and external information suppliers ensuring solution is fit for purpose while maintaining appropriate governance and oversight.

Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Mathematical Finance, or Economics plus 6 years of consumer lending experience at a financial services company. Experience must include: (i) managing and executing initiatives > $1MM budget; (ii) leading technology initiatives for process simplification and customer experience enhancement in the lending and deposits space; (iii) optimization of staffing requirements at a branch /similar location to manage customer needs appropriately by building and managing a capacity model; (iv) data mining using SAS, SQL, Tableau, and financial analysis including NPV to build a business case for launching new initiatives in the banking industry; (v) experience of pricing and managing risk of a secured or unsecured line of credit product including mortgage or home equity line; (vi) assessment of loan portfolio performance; (vii) building of regression models using LGD & PD (loss given default & probability of default) to forecast losses on loans and estimate pricing of real estate owned properties; (viii) experience with product delivery methodologies including waterfall and agile approaches; and (ix) experience of managing a team.
