The VP of Financial Planning and Analysis ("FP&A")/Head of FP&A will lead the enterprise wide FP&A function, which plays a key role in the company's financial planning, financial reporting, long-range forecasting, and budgeting functions, as well as other special projects.

To be successful in this role, you need:
  • To ensure consistent monthly, quarterly, and annual communication of results, forecasts and action plans to the Board of Directors, executive management, department heads, and investors
  • To lead the annual planning and monthly/quarterly forecasting processes, including assisting in the development of corporate targets and gaining alignment with the Executive Team
  • Drive continuous improvement of the FP&A organization to allow maintain best practices and efficiencies as part of a well run team
  • Complete special and ad-hoc projects as requested by the CEO and CFO to support business needs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; including at the board and executive leadership level
  • Provide leadership and is responsible for staff development, recruitment and retention, training, evaluation, mentoring and coaching

Basic Qualifications:
  • B.S. in Finance or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience within a large public company's FP&A department, including several years in a leadership role
