What you'll do:

  • Produce and manage timelines, agendas, run-of-shows, and other artifacts for each event
  • Leverage creative storytelling skills to translate portfolio strategies and executive communications into simple yet compelling narratives
  • Be well-managed: Use email platform to ensure quality communications go out on time; create, manage and maintain calendars; process guides; best practices for all communications and events

How you'll be successful:
  • Execute multiple - and sometimes competing - activities and complex projects from start to finish with minimal direction and adapt to changes with a solution-first approach
  • Navigate ambiguous spaces to identify problems, offer solutions and execute against objectives
  • Routinely make connections across products and programs and offer point of view on opportunities
  • Go beyond what is required and think outside what's been done before
  • Quickly build trusted relationships with stakeholders of all levels
  • Possess outstanding time management and organizational skills
  • Ensure events and communications are viewed through the lens of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, including consulting leaders, Enterprise experts, tools and resources as needed
