  • Supports the SAP project management requirements.
  • Supports, manages and leads SAP project activities to implement project management processes in accordance with Organizational Standard Processes (OSP) and CMMI Methodologies.
  • Supports Team Lead in the determination of government documentation requirements in support of knowledge transfer requirements of ERP/SAP projects.
  • Coordinates project activities with the SEC's management boards and ensures implementation of organizational process changes within the project.

Experience required: To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job.

To qualify you must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below based on the grade level required of the position being filled: 1) Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. 2) Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services. 3) Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. 4) Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.


Specialized experience: To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level (NH-02). Specialized experience is defined as: (1) Developing and maintaining IT program plans for an Army ERP; (2) Overseeing SAP Information Technology project areas; (3) Establishing metrics and measuring system performance; and (4) Assessing policy needs and developing policies to govern Information Technology activities.

You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Functional Experience in GFEBS, GFEBS-SA or other Financial ERP
Experience in SAP in one or more of the following business areas:
  • Cost Management
  • Plant, Property, and Equipment (PP&E)
  • ERP Help Desk

  • This non-supervisory position is subject to a salary control point equivalent to the GS-13, step 05 base salary, or if the incumbent's salary currently exceeds the GS-13, step 05 level the incumbent's salary will be put on a salary control point at the incumbents existing salary.
