Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing most or all of the following: 1) Developing, routing for approval, and implementing Information Technology and Digital Warfare requirements; 2) Overseeing Information Technology and Digital Warfare programs through all phases of planning, programming, budgeting, execution system; and experience acquiring Information Technology and Digital Warfare capabilities per applicable DOD/DON policies; 3) Utilizing IT theories, principles, concepts, standards, and practices sufficient to develop new methods in supporting and executing governing executive orders, laws, directives and regulations that administer SAPs and information technology networks and systems; 4) Utilizing SAP and classified material per all applicable policies, instructions, and regulations; 5) Analyzing and providing recommendations to senior leadership to support recurring oversight functions for the Information Technology and Digital Warfare related SAP portfolio, including acquisition milestones, annual program reviews, funding execution assessment, and technology readiness level progression; and 6) Analyzing program health to evaluate SAP in terms of cost, schedule, performance, and security structure.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

This position is eligible for situational/ad hoc telework at the discretion of management.
- You will support the development of warfighting and administrative Information System requirements and provide direct oversight functions for the SAP portfolio of programs relating to Information Technology and Digital Warfare.
- You will support the Branch Head, Deputy Branch Head, and staff to develop requirements, manage, budget, acquire, and assess SAP enterprise Information Technology systems.
- You will perform analysis and reviews to support the implementation of necessary warfighting and administrative requirements which must be managed as SAP as necessary to protect the DoD?s most sensitive capabilities.
- You will execute IT and Digital Warfare programs through all phases of the Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution phases to include coordination across the DON, other Services/Agencies, DoD, and Congress as appropriate.
- You will develop and approve, guiding programs through the defense acquisition systems, policy, planning, security, compliance, acquisition, and program oversight in terms of cost, schedule, and performance.
- You will manage and oversee IT and Digital Warfare programs and ensure they are executing according to governing instructions and directives related to security, information systems, acquisition, requirements, and resources.
- You will oversee portfolios for IT networks and SAP warfighting networks and tools such as fully informed modeling, simulation, and analysis networks, operational Battle Management Aids and other multi-level security systems.
- You will lead program work in IT and Digital Warfare with a specific focus on requirements development and approval and guiding programs through the defense acquisition system for hardware procurement.
- You will manage and oversee IT and Digital Warfare program oversight in terms of cost, schedule, and performance according to governing instructions and directives related to security, information systems, acquisition, requirements, and resources.
- You will serve as the IT and Digital Warfare program Subject Matter Expert and advisor in the identification of critical program information, personnel program access verifications, and preparation of requisite lifecycle documentation for SAPs.
