Job Title:Program Manager Job Location:Crystal City, Virginia Job Code:15227613 Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking a Program Manager "contingent" on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. Work will be performed in Crystal City, Virginia in support of the US Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps.Experience Requirements: Twelve (12) years of relevant technical and administrative leadership in managing cost, EVM, or financial management projects including the review of work products for correctness, quality, completeness, and follow through. Demonstrated in-depth familiarity with MDAP or other industry equivalent. Experience providing technical advice, organizing, planning, directing, and managing contractor staff to ensure the goals and objectives of the project within prescribed time frames for projects similar in size and scope as referenced in contract. Experience providing management and supervision of a multidisciplinary team of 25+ personnel on defense projects. Experience handling personnel staffing requirements and ensuring that the customer is supplied with the proper skill sets to successfully execute the contract. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite of applications: Outlook, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel. Demonstrated experience in: DoD acquisition process Working in complex environments with multiple POCs Problem resolution and customer satisfaction Managing cost type contracts. Responding to short notice requests and suspense dates. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience in presenting material to senior Government officials. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
