Human Resources- Recruiting Assistant

This position is a member of the HR Team and works directly with our associates to provide best in class customer service and HR assistance. Responsibilities: Reviews applications and screens candidates for park job openings Schedules applicants for interviews either in person or via technology such as email, phone, etc. Extends job offers for eligible applicants and initiates preboarding processesAttends recruiting trips and community job fairs Qualifications: Ability to provide exceptional customer service when interacting with associates, coworkers and guests.Basic computer (Microsoft Office) and typing skills.Possess writing and basic math skills with good organization skills.Ability to work in fast-paced and rapidly changing office environment.Flexible and willing to gain a broader knowledge of Human Resources procedures.
